To honor the tradition of Caritas (charity) and Veritas (truth), I designed symbolic iconography for masks worn during the 2021 Candle & Rose ceremony. The design aimed to reflect resilience and unity as the university returned to in-person events under COVID-19 guidelines. I highlighted the rose, representing charity, as a reminder of community support during the pandemic. At the same time, the candle, symbolizing truth, illuminated the faces of graduating students in a powerful closing moment.
